1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item includes original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • The item is not customized or personalized

Items we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or logo-printed products

  • Medical instruments that have been used (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Clearance or final sale items

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your return is rejected due to use, damage, or inconsistency, the item may be sent back to you.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
If production or shipping has already started, we cannot cancel the order.
